Phase 3: Import list from old application to new
Phase 4: Input opening balances and review
Phase 5: Gather supporting documents for data entry
Phase 6: Review, train, review and train
We develop a preliminary training manual after we spend 3 months onsite at your location. However, we will train staff on QuickBooks Online at desk level or group level. The most effective training is at the desk level. If we train at the desk level we will start with job description and develop procedures base on his/her role. We found training at group level is not as effective as training the employee based on what they need to know to perform in current role.
